Stress-strain analysis

Process Engineering performs stress-strain analysis in modern software programmes in accordance with current standards, and, when we find problems such as tensions in materials, we enter into a dialogue with you about the development of solution proposals.

Many piping systems, such as steam pipes, oil pipes and district heating pipes are exposed to significant variations in pressure and temperature, which causes stress in pipe bends and pump flanges. Process Engineering helps with stress-strain analysis of piping systems in accordance with current standards such as EN 13480 or ASME B31.3.

We offer

Our employees are trained in performing stress-strain analysis in Triflex, Caesar II and Rohr2. If we design your piping system, we can integrate it in a very short time – for instance by means of Rohr2. We can integrate your pipe bridge and calculate it as a unit, including suspensions, connections and supports.

If you need an evaluation of a complex piping system, we can provide suggestions for relief and redesign, based on sound calculations.

We design, specify and produce stress-strain analysis of piping systems for all purposes, based on presentations and existing isometrics. If you need an analysis of your tanks or vessels, we have specialists within this area as well who use the most recent state-of-the-art software. Standards such as EN 13445, AD 2000 and BS 5500 are commonplace for our experts.
