Preparation of CE marking manual
Project description
HOFOR is involved in various different business areas such as supply of electricity, water, heating, refrigeration, town gas, etc. plus handling of waste and wastewater. The assignment was to set up a common procedure in the form of a manual for handling the CE marking directive, which was later to be implemented in the organisation.
The process
Process Engineering’s project manager and specialists completed a range of interviews in the HOFOR organisation with key figures about the use of the CE marking directive. In this way we uncovered how the directive was already implemented in the organisation at the beginning of the project, and we also uncovered which special circumstances we had to take into account in the various areas.
On the basis of the interviews we prepared a manual that makes it possible to use the same principles across the entire HOFOR organisation. We educated the same key figures in the use of the manual through a series of workshops.
